Charles Darwin “Skip” Davidson opened ArkBest Realty, Inc. in 1992. It became affiliated with Sperry Van Ness in 2014. As an Arkansas native, Skip understands the challenges and intricacies of the real estate market across the state. As an award-winning attorney, Skip skillfully and efficiently directs his team in all real estate transactions. A cowboy at heart, Skip spends his free time participating in ranch horse competitions.

Traci Allen

Traci joined ArkBest Realty, Inc. in 1992. She started as the accounting manager, but having received her real estate license in 1995 and her Executive Broker’s license in 2003, she now serves as Principal Broker. Traci also oversees the property management and maintenance. As an avid bowler Traci spends most of her free time in the bowling alley and traveling with her family to tournaments.

Camme Fell

Camme has been with ArkBest Realty, Inc. since 2014. She is a sales and leasing agent for commercial properties, as well as a residential agent. Her goal is to help both buyers and sellers get exactly what they want and more. Camme is the most down-home Arkansan you’ll ever meet. She is all about being out in nature, whether she’s participating in a Mud Run, kayaking with her three children, fishing, or hunting. Camme believes that local is better, and that’s why she likes listening to live music and experimenting with the diverse flavors of local restaurants.

Rachel has been with ArkBest Realty, Inc. since 2011, and she mainly assists with property management, maintenance, and leasing. Rachel brings a keen eye and an artistic flair to everything she does, which is unsurprising since she is currently pursuing her BA in Graphic Design. When she’s not working or studying, she likes to go bowling or curl up with a Kay Hooper murder mystery novel.
